Creole Spice, 100g



Spice up your meals with this Creole Spice Mix.

You will save time preparing your meals with this spice.  There is no need to eggwash your meat, just put it straight on and cook.  If you prefer it to be less hot, then tone it down with some flour (1part creole : 2-4parts flour)

Try our recipe for Bitey Nice Burgers/Rissoles - add a couple of spoonfuls to your mince mixture & cook as usual.  Spice chips - these are really more'ish and simple to make.
